This year, we have two Cranmer Conferences running in Ontario. If you’re already interested in either Cranmer (or both!), we would love to hear from you in advance. For London, get in touch with ; for North Bay, talk to . (We will also have a proper registration form up in May, once the school year is over.)
Our first conference will host Fr Gordon Maitland, on The Four Last Things: Death, Judgement, Hell, and Heaven, and will take place at St George’s Church in London.
In today’s world there is much confusion, even among Christians, as to what the Scriptures have to say to us regarding the afterlife. One only has to listen to what is said at a typical funeral to realize how widespread is the bewilderment about, and lack of confidence in, what a Christian is supposed to hope for in the hereafter. How do the teachings of Christ challenge us to approach life and death in a radically different manner?
Cranmer will head up to North Bay later in the summer, with the keynote speaker the Rt. Rev. Stephen Andrews, Lord Bishop of Algoma. More details to follow.
Are you a young adult between the ages of 19 and 30? Do you enjoy gathering with your peers for worship, discussion, and friendship? Are you interested in the classical Anglican tradition of Christianity? The Cranmer Conference is for you.
